Ken Pilot, Founder/CEO

Ken Pilot is a seasoned Retail executive with operating experience consisting of C-level roles at Gap Inc., J Crew, Ralph Lauren, American Eagle and ABC Carpet and Home.  He was the co-founder and CEO of RobotGalaxy and has an advisory practice that focuses on advancing direct to consumer methodology through technology and use of space.

Over the past seven years Ken has invested in and served as operating partner of various technology companies with a primary focus on Retail Stores, E-Commerce and Retail Operations. As part of his relationships with founders, he has provided key introductions to Retail industry leaders, strategically positioning each platform relative to the needs of the brand.

Ken’s Retail experience and knowledge of technology allow him to work with companies and determine the best use of technology to improve the customer and associate experience. He works effectively with entrepreneurs and C-level executives, having developed an ability to translate technology into useful, profitable applications. Ken has advised and/or invested in Burrow, Koio, CandyTopia, Lionesque group and the Lead. Ken is a licensed real estate associate with KSR and is a strategic partner to Graj+Gustavsen.

Ken graduated from Colgate University, majoring in History and Art History. He resides in New York City with his wife and his dog, Crash, and has three grown children. Ken is a fitness enthusiast and landscaper as well as a former marathoner and Captain of the Colgate Tennis team.


 

Paige Perkins, Vice President - Strategy & Operations

Paige Perkins is a Retail industry veteran, entrepreneur and business operator with a wide range of experience in strategic planning, operations, pricing, marketing and more. Paige started her career at Gap, Inc. followed by leadership roles at Coach and American Express. She then caught the "entrepreneurial bug" and built her own consumer services business from the ground up and ultimately sold to a national brand.

Since the sale of her business, Paige has been advising companies of all sizes across various industries on how to best build, scale or improve upon their businesses. Through her diverse career experiences, Paige knows what it takes to get a brand, company or department to work smarter and reach the next level of success. She is a problem-solver and relationship-builder and takes a practical, hands on approach to advising companies, asking the right questions and giving leadership teams the tools they need to be successful.

Paige earned an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BA in Communications and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Peloton loyalist, aspiring chef and outdoor enthusiast. Paige lives in Atlanta with her husband, two daughters and two rescue dogs, Coco and Bowie.
